Am I able to check my child’s
progress?

As a parent, you will have access to the notes left by the tutor at the end of each session, which details your child's progress and performance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy for Students: If you cancel a tutoring session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a refund or rescheduling of the session. In case of a cancellation within 24 hours of the session, you will receive a refund of 50%, credited to your account. However, if you fail to attend the session without prior notice, there will be no refund.

Cancellation Policy for Tutors: If a tutor cancels a session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for rescheduling the session. In case of a cancellation within 24 hours of the session, you will receive one hour of free tutoring. If the tutor fails to show up for the session without prior notice, you are eligible for two hours of free tutoring.

Are payment plans available?

The payment deadline is the date specified on the invoice, usually 24 hours before your first tutoring session. If you require a payment plan, please contact us, and we will assist you in setting it up.

Please be aware that all payment plans will involve a monthly fee and require you to have a credit card on file with auto-pay enabled. Additionally, credit card payments will include a convenience fee of 4%.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes, a 5% discount will be provided for each sibling enrolled in our tutoring services.
